Advanced Staff Training
Each member of our team has completed additional awareness and prevention programs to enhance their knowledge and preparedness.
You should never feel unsafe about visiting our office for treatment. We are dedicated to taking whatever steps we can to make sure that our staff and patients stay healthy.
There are a number of additional steps that we follow to create a truly safe office environment. Rest assured that we have made sure that our safety measures have met – or exceeded – the recommendations set forth by OSHA, CDC, and ADA.
We are still focused on providing quality treatment and maintaining a friendly practice environment. However, as times change, we are also making it a priority to give you peace of mind when it comes to your regular visits. Feel free to let us know if you have any concerns regarding your safety and health.
We consider ourselves proud members of the Prosper community, and we will always make sure that our patients come first.

No contact temperature checks and a quick set of questions will ensure our team is ready, willing and able to provide safe dental care – every day.
In addition to brushing and flossing before your visit, we will provide a hydrogen peroxide solution to rinse in your mouth for 30 seconds and reduce bacteria.
Minimizing cross-contamination is an important part of our plan. We will ask you to dispose of any outside gloves before you enter.
Plain and simple, we are not seeing as many patients. We are allocating more time between visits for coming, going and cleaning.
A quick health questionnaire and consent form along with a no-touch temperature check will be completed when you arrive at our office.
Whenever possible, we will activate high speed evacuation to minimize aerosol contamination and improve air quality.
This may make our reception area a little less exciting, but it makes it much safer as well.
